Jodrell Bank is an Observatory.
Where Year’s 5/6P were lucky enough to go to. The children who went really enjoyed the trip. The mars rover challenge was generally the favourite part of the trip, however everyone enjoyed the entire day out.

This is a picture of the Jodrell Bank telescope that year 5/6p got to see on their trip.

We interviewed Mrs. Peake (teacher of 5/6P) she explained, “It took a couple of hours to organise the trip including risk assessments, it was a great chance for the class to see a real planetarium and learn some new things about space, it was education outside of school and something different.
