 Key Stage 2 Attainment – Total PP = 48%

  • The percentage of disadvantaged pupils attaining at the expected level or above in reading was 69%.
  • The percentage of disadvantaged pupils attaining at the expected level or above in writing was 56%.

Key Stage 1 Attainment – Total PP = 29% (13)

  • The percentage of disadvantaged pupils attaining at the expected level or above in reading was 54% which was broadly in line with the national average.
  • The percentage of disadvantaged pupils attaining at the expected level or above in writing was 46% which was broadly in line with the national average.
  • The percentage of disadvantaged pupils attaining at the expected level or above in maths was 69% which was broadly in line with the national average.

 Year 1 Phonics Attainment – Total PP = 29% (13)

  • Disadvantaged pupils achieved 46% which was above the national average.

EYFS

  • The percentage of pupils with entitlement to FSM achieving a good level of development was above the national average at 95% compared with 52% nationally.

Attendance for 2017/18

  • Attendance for 2016/17 is 33% (3.79% absence). The percentage is lower than the national average. Attendance has increased this year.
  • Pupil Premium attendance is 95.62% (4.38% absence). This absence percentage is less at St John’s than of this group nationally.
  • Persistent absence is 19.17% which is higher than the national figure (4 families who were PA have now left).
